NamasteIndia -“Hydrogen High: India Fuels the Future at World Summit!” MinistryofNewRenewableEnergy set up a large pavilion at the WorldHydrogenSummit2024.
The summit was a platform for India to highlight its progress in green hydrogen.
India’s NationalGreenHydrogenMission was launched in January 2023 with a budget of Rs 19,744 crore.
Aims to achieve a greenhydrogen production capacity of 5 MMT by 2030.
Tenders for setting up of 412,000 tonnes of Green Hydrogen production capacity and 1,500 MW of electrolyzer manufacturing capacity have been awarded.
A dedicated portal for the National Green Hydrogen Mission has been recently launched.
