VadhvanPort Project:
Foundation stone to be laid by Prime Minister NarendraModi.
Located in Maharashtra’s Palghar district.
Project value: Rs 76,000 crore (approximately USD 10.2 billion).
Aims to become one of India’s largest DeepWater ports.
Designed to handle large container vessels and ultra-large cargo ships.
Expected operational date: 2030.
Projected to create around 12 lakh jobs (1.2 million jobs).
Fisheries Projects:
PM Modi will inaugurate 218 fisheries projects.
Total value: Rs 1,560 crore (around USD 210 million).
Aimed at enhancing infrastructure and productivity in the fisheries sector nationwide.
This development is a significant step towards strengthening India’s infrastructure and economic growth.
