Corporate Karma Vs Karam
In the hallowed halls of ambition’s lair,
Corporate karma and karam play a dare.
Deliver results,” the memo demands,
While karma clutches ethical strands.
A good boss leads with steady command,
A hammer of wisdom firm in hand.
Do your best, the rest will align,
They build by example, not by design.
The bad boss, though, is chaos in flight,
A headless chicken, lost in the night.
Change the plan!” they cry in despair,
Wait, scrap it all—it’s going nowhere!
A strategy deck spun out of thin air,
With “synergies” promised but nothing to spare.
Karma sighs, “Substance makes it stick,
Karam replies, “Just close it quick.
Another reorg, another fresh plan,
Efficiency!” chants the executive clan.
The good boss steadies, “We’ll find the way,
The bad one vanishes by end of day.
Performance reviews bring dread and delight,
Where effort and politics clash in the night.
Karma whispers, “Integrity will win,
Karam laughs, “Just play to fit in.
And so it spins, this corporate play,
Where karam grinds on each passing day.
But beware of karma, quiet and still,
For it waits to balance the books at will.
