Time-bound process: Visa applications will be processed within 28 days, significantly faster than the previous 4-5 months.
Online portal: A new online portal has been set up to facilitate smoother and quicker approvals.
Focus on PLI sectors: The initiative primarily targets sectors covered under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes, such as electronics, textiles, and pharmaceuticals.
